Our bright and welcoming ground level creative space is also perfect for readings, brainstorming sessions and professionals in need of a quiet, comfortable place to work undisturbed.

Fitting 10-15 seated or 35-40 standing, the space can be rearranged to meet your needs. The host will have the space set up and ready for you and will be present when you arrive. Our space is available for rent weekday early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We also offer bookings by the hour, day, and week.

The space features gallery lighting, reliable Wifi, two large, folding tables with stools, and a cozy lounge corner with two designer sofas by the north facing window front. The floor to ceiling windows provide plenty of light and also feature shades for privacy. There is a clean bathroom with a large sink in the back. We do not have a food prep kitchen, but there is plenty of space for catering, and a small refrigerator and microwave are available. There are also many neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops within short walking distance.

There is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood and public transportation nearby. For loading and unloading equipment and supplies you can pull up right in front of the space.
