Come join composer Sami Freeman for an intention setting workshop. Sami will use journaling, meditation and music to help us find clarity into the New Year. Space is limited, so sign up while you can!
What To Bring
Bring a journal and some photos that resonate with you to write down your thoughts and/or create a vision board. Bring a mat and a pillow if you'd like to lay on the ground for the guided sound meditation.

Sami Freeman creates evocative, ethereal, and colorful worlds through sound. She is a singer, pianist and composer from San Francisco that gravitates toward emotive music grounded in strings, synths and keys. Sami has scored several films, released music as a singer songwriter and is about to release a 22 minute immersive auditory experience that contemplates dreams, our existence and death. She lives in the Outer Sunset of San Francisco with her husband where she tinkers with instruments, tends to her chickens and cold plunges in the Ocean.
