Sabrina

I love painting on off-beat surfaces and shapes- cutting boards, framing mats, rims of frames, clay planters. This one was one such exploration - painting on the vinyl records and using the center hole as mouth of the vase. I have obsessed over this vase shape on my pinterest for a long time and I love to incorporate yellow color and complementing colors in my palette. Given its context in music, and myself being a Sabrina's music fan, it felt like the most befitting name.
